  1. Redrabbitt

This is the third book in this series but each read as a standalone; we do see Miles and Carrie Donovan near the end of this book. This story is emotional, and your heart is torn for Rose. She was a pawn in men’s games, including her father. She doesn’t feel she has any self-worth, but Lyle Wilder disagrees. He had tried to rescue her and her older sister Mary years ago, but her father took her away. Rose doesn’t realize how strong she is. She cared about Sam, and took this kid under her wing and protected him. It takes a dominant man that is willing to go wherever he needs to, rescue her, fight for her, correct her, and prove to her over and over again that he cares for her, loves her and she is worth fighting for. The plot keeps the pages turning with the twists and turns in the romantic suspense story with a great cast of characters, mystery, and suspense.

I have not read the first two books in the series, but it did not matter, for the book stands well on its own.Rose has had a tough life and doesn\’t take kindly to being taken in hand by the handsome and dominant Lyle Wilder. Lyle, however, is determined to care for Rose, despite her stubborn pride, which earns her several bare bottom spankings. She has had to be strong and independent, and struggles against Lyle\’s firm but loving control. He rescues her from a life as a saloon dancer and tries to convince her that she is worth loving. This is a passionate romance, with some well-described characters and a heart-warming story.

I adored this book. I loved Rocky Mountain Bride, too, but this one had such a feisty heroine and a delicious hero who refused to let her go, despite her attempts to run away at every turn. Savino is a top notch writer with beautiful prose and steaming hot sexy/spanking scenes. Give this book a try–you will NOT be disappointed!!

This is the third book in the series and although it is not my favorite I did enjoy reading it. I had a little trouble believing that the romantic love between Rose and Lyle happened so quickly given the circumstances of their original relationship and found the ending to be very rushed but will read the next installment of this series because I did enjoy reading it and it kept my interest from beginning to end.

I agree with a previous reviewer – this was not my favorite of the series. Lyle was so in love with Mary, how could he so quickly bed her sister? I just didn\’t feel the romantic connection between these two characters like I did Miles and Carrie. Lyle was also a bit too smug and I didn\’t care for his teasing her once they reached the homestead. Rose felt so uncertain in her role as Lyle\’s wife, yet Lyle and his brother teased her constantly, then she got punished when she reacted. I didn\’t care for that part. The ending was also rushed and felt too contrived. Why would Boyle\’s men come for her so late….and directly to Lyle\’s homestead? There were some great parts at the beginning, but it fizzled for me. Looking forward to Jamie\’s story though. He really needs a spitfire!

I think this was my favorite of the series! I started reading and could not put it down until I finished it. My heart broke for Rose, she sure had some rough times in her life. Lyle was definitely her knight coming to her rescue and I really liked this side of him. The danger and suspense was top notch but sometimes, Rose was her own worst enemy. Great read!

Another cute story in this series about girls who meet and marry in the Old West. Rose is tough and jaded, and Lyle has a really difficult time breaking through to her and getting her to understand he loves her and is trying to protect her. Lots of action, constant efforts by Rose to escape, and by Lyle to tame Rose using spanking and other means. There was a quick ending that left me uncertain about whether she had really accepted Lyle as her husband and protector. My biggest concern with the book was that she was so incredibly stubborn, and some of her efforts to leave Lyle seemed so illogical.

Well Book 3 is Great!! So what would you do if you gave up on your prince coming. But when he shows up years later and saves you to boot. Who would not put up a fight. To bad that leads to sore bottom. It has suspense. You even see some of the previous carachters.

Of the three books this was my favourite I liked Ross\’s sass and Lyle\’s strong hand could have done with less sex scenes at the end as it did take over

Rose dances in a saloon. One night, after shooting a man, she is kidnapped. Her kidnapper is also the same man who stole her sister away, Lyle. He promised to care for her and protect her. While breaking down her walls, Lyle also has to impart wisdom in the form of many spanks to Rose\’s back side. Through all of her hatred and confusion, Rose falls for Lyle.

I just adore this series. Like the others this can be read as a standalone but the stories are so well written I would recommend reading them in order. In this book Rose is a strong feisty women but doesn\’t have any self confidence but with time, loads of twists and turns and love she gains confidence. It\’s a beautiful romance.

I enjoyed this third part of the Rocky Mountain Bride series. It is well written. The descriptions are vivid and the scenery is alive. The characters are very human with well described flaws. I highly recommend it.

This is book three of the Rocky Mountain series. This story is about Rose and Lyle. We met Lyle in book two and Rose is Mary’s little sister. Lyle has been searching for Rose for 5 years. When he finds her, she is a dancer in saloons. He rescues her and they get married for her protection. But Rose doesn\’t trust him and she gets many severe punishments. They do have a HEA, but it is a convoluted journey. I like the story and I give it four stars.

This is book 3 in the Rocky Mountain Brides series and can be read as a stand alone. As I have not read the first two books in the series, I did not experience any negative feelings toward our hero finding new love as some readers of the entire series did. I enjoyed this fresh take on a western love story as the heroine was tough and worked in a saloon. There is a good, exciting plot and interesting side characters especially the hero\’s brother. I look forward to his story!

I definitely enjoyed this book, but it had very some sad and difficult subject matter as the background for our heroine!! The story really brings to life the despair that could be suffered if you found yourself at the mercy of evil people! But because of that, the story really grabs you and doesn\’t let go! I loved that they get their HEA!!
