This is a great time travel story with plenty of disciplinary spanking. I like the idea of the time travel agency and the way the author brought the two travelers together. The romance was developed through refreshingly honest communication that established d/s roles right from the beginning. I love the dichotomy of Beth\’s obvious intelligence and her amusing ignorance of the time period. The mission plot was slowly revealed and the story flowed seamlessly. The ending was rather abrupt and I hope there will be a sequel.

  3. Miss contrite

This was a really good story, Elizabeth is sent back in time as a punishment but unknown to her is that another agent is already there . Win is a very dictatorial man and his treatment of Elizabeth seemed a bit harsh at first, there\’s a good plot running through the story although the end is a bit quick. I hope there will be a sequel

Ever feel like you belong in the past? Our hero does and luckily his job involves time travel and a secret mission. Our heroine is sent to the same time and place by her father as punishment. So they both arrive in the same western town in the late 1800s. The two meet and are attracted to each other. However, soon the heroine\’s bad behavior has the hero spanking her. The heroine finds herself drawn to him even more and manages to earn quite a few spankings. The plot is interesting, and complicated by the time travel and the secrets they are required to keep. Although the book is a stand alone, there is plenty of story and opportunity for a sequel. I would love to revisit this romance as well as the future missions.

This is a lovely time traveling story full of twists and surprises. I really love westerns but sometimes I have a hard time believing the story when the heroine shows a 20th century mentality. This is why I find time traveling westerns so interesting. Elizabeth is a smart girl with a lot of growing up to do. With loving discipline and the right compliments Win brings out her best. The trials and adventures they go through make the bonds between them stronger. I specially liked the sheriff and hope there is a sequel in which he finds his own woman to love and spank.

This was a sweet romance between two likable characters. I did not think I would like the heroine initially, but after the hero takes her in hand she quickly becomes agreeable. The outside conflict wasn\’t introduced until late in the story, I would have like more or an introduction to the protagonist and a bit of insight into who they were. The end was also abrupt. It seems to be a lead in to a new series. While there is a cliffhanger regarding the whodunit the couple got their HEA. I look forward to reading of the travelers future adventures.

This was a fantastic time travel story!! Loved that it had an interesting twist as to why Beth had to travel back in time. Once she and Win were put together in the past, the chemistry was felt! This story was a great read, long enough to get you fully engaged and full of great characters! Simply put, I felt that this had a wonderfully different take on a time travel story!!

This time travel story is interesting. Beth is sent back in time by her father as a consequence for her irresponsible behavior. She soon learns that back in the old west her behavior won\’t be tolerated. She is put into the care of Win who is also a time traveler and was sent by her father to keep her safe. This mystery is fast paced and keeps your interest. It has solid likable characters and an interesting plot. It was a very enjoyable read.

This is a time travel story. Beth is the daughter of the minister of historical studies, but is showing little interest in her history studies. With her life experiences travelling with her father, she doesn’t see the need to actually study for her 19th century course, she uses her experience instead; which would be fine, if she had realised her trip to the past had been during the 20th century not the 19th century.

As punishment her father sends her to live for a few months in the 19th century. Shortly after she arrives in the past Beth nearly gets shot but is saved by Win who becomes her protector. Beth doesn’t realise who Win is and even after he drops hints it takes her a long time to figure it out. Win punishes Beth for using words that aren’t from the appropriate era all while she remains oblivious that he is from her time.

The characters were well developed and their motivations were brought to light during the book and fit in well. I also really liked the side character Sheriff Cliff; he was really smart and helped bring a link between the future and the past. The ending seemed to imply that there is a possibility of a sequel.

I enjoyed the story and would recommend it to others.

I received this as an ARC for an honest review.
