Rancher\’s Creed by Alyssa Bailey is a great addition to the series of books she has written about the O\’Connor brothers. Ciaran O\’Connor adores his fiancé Katie but still needs to live by his own code. He believes in domestic discipline and will use spanking as a way to protect the love of his life from not only outside forces; but also, from herself. Ciaran is a perfect combination of alpha male but with enough of a soft side to balance out his relationship with the strong willed Katie. Katie has found Ciaran, the love of her life, but has trust issues from past hurts caused by an abusive ex. Their relationship grows stronger as they work together to overcome the challenges they face together. I adored the way this author continued having his family as a large part of the story through family relationships as well as friendships that develop among the characters. Alyssa Bailey shows a large range of personalities, over three generations, blending together to love and protect each other as needed to move forward together. I loved this book as much as her previous books revolving around the O\’Connor family and can\’t wait to read the next book in the series! Thanks for another great read!

I have fallen in love with the O’Connors! A family of alpha males in love with their woman. This book was sweet and the main characters were well developed with great depth. Katie has come out of a troubled relationship and is now married to Ciaran. She hasn’t been exactly forthright with him about her past and it finally comes to a head. While Ciaran is definitely in charge, he is patient, caring, and totally in love with his wife! Wonderful story, and I can’t wait for more in the series! Not having read all of the other books in the series left me wondering at times, but not lost.

I did not read the first book in the series, so maybe that is why I had a hard time with this one. The book was confusing because there were so many names dropped throughout, that it was very hard to keep up with who was who. Many times it seemed very random that a person was mentioned in passing without any relevance to the story. Ciaran and Katie\’s story was told without much development of the characters and the chapters each seemed to be contrived to have a certain type of spanking without a flow to their story. There was a chapter where Katie needed stress relief, one for guilt relief, and one for putting herself in a dangerous situation, etc. Each chapter just seemed like a random situation to justify discipline without a flow to the story.

A very sweet story of how working on marriage can overcome a lot of heartache and pain. Very well written as expected from this author. All the characters are well developed and vivid. There is spicy sex and some disciplinary well deserved spankings. But some sexy ones as well. I enjoyed reading this book, it flows well and is easy to read.

Kie & Katie are getting married and starting a DD relationship. Kie and his family have a history with DD relationships but this is a new concept for Katie. She has had a difficult past with a mother who had difficulty having a child and a previous relationship that was abusive. Kie knows nothing about Katie’s past. I liked the characters in this story and their caring solid family relationships. The concept of a family always being their for support and love is definitely a wonderful draw. Wouldn’t everyone want a family like the O’Connors. This was a great story and enjoyable read.

Great addition to series but also a really good stand alone book. A truly good story that is not about just spanking but true feelings such as concern, fear, love and devotion of a true relationship. I will defiantly be reading this one over and over again.

I have really enjoyed Ayssa Bailey’s O’Connor series. This is a continuation of Kate and Ciaran’s story. They are beginning life as a married couple who will practice a DD lifestyle. Kate is still a little skittish is the beginning, but Ciaran is so gentle and persuasive that all falls into place. Even when Kate hits a low depression, Ciaran seems to handle it all. These books are very sweet and I really enjoy the stories.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It was my first read in this series and now I need to go back and read her other works. I loved the family dynamics and Ciaran was a good man. Loved his Irish endearments!

This was such a sweet romance. Katie was her own worst enemy by trying to be brave and independent and keeping Ciaran at arms length. He was always as patient as could be and finally broke through her walls. They were so sweet together. Great family dynamics added some depth to the story.

Firstly let me say that I haven’t read the first book in this series & suffered because of it. If you haven’t started with Book 1 I suggest you do so. Having not read it I found this book so confusing at times I almost gave up. What kept me persevering was the sweet relationship that Ciaran & Katie had. I became involved with them more than I would have expected at the beginning & ultimately enjoyed the book. I wouldn’t call it a sexual book & while there was some physicality to it (it is a spanking story after all!) it is only mild & completely in context. I’m interested to know where the story leads.

A nice continuation of the O’Connor family. This set of stories revolves around Ciaran and Katie, who were introduced in Liam and Jocelyn’s story. I enjoyed this couple more – Ciaran is much more understanding and less inclined to force his way without listening to his wife. It was a more realistic look at a couple beginning a DD relationship. While I appreciated the fact that Ciaran explained things more, sometimes he explained too much. Too much dialogue bogged the story down at times. I enjoyed the interactions with Jocelyn and the rest of the family – it was nice to see that she hasn’t lost her fire! I will enjoy reading more about this family.

This is part two of the story of Ciaran O??Connor and Katherine Franklin, as they fall in love, marry and their life. Katie learns that all the O??Connor men are dominant, protective and they do not back down. Secrets of Katie??s life from college still haunt her, but she won??t open up and share everything until a major incident happens. We see so much more of the O??Connor family that we fell in love with in Liam and Jocelyn??s story. The O??Connor men are not trying to take away their women??s independence, they just naturally want to protect and keep them safe, but each seems to be strong-willed and sassy. These relationships and marriages involve domestic discipline with lots of spankings in a loving way. I look forward to the next book in this series.
