Description

Lord and Lady Huntington step off the train where they spent their honeymoon. As they say goodbye to their new friends, Lord and Lady Northbridge, Emmie attempts to assure Lucy that everyone will love her just as much as she does. Lucy is both excited and terrified as their carriage draws them ever closer to Hunter’s Ridge where she will finally meet Lucas’ family. An accident on the road does nothing to soothe her shattered nerves until her husband promises that he will always be there, always protect her, and always love her. She has learned so much at his hands during their short marriage as he patiently teaches her what he expects both from his wife and from his special Little one.

The size and magnificence of his family estates overwhelm her but she finds comfort in the warm, loving welcome of his family. Molly, her nanny, has learned a great deal as well and assures Lucy that all will be fine as she begins her life at Hunter’s Ridge. Lucy might have believed her if it hadn’t been for one person. Lucinda, the governess, doesn’t hesitate to let Lucy know that she is unwanted. She makes it her duty to assure that Lucy’s time spent as Mistress of Hunter’s Ridge is short. Lucy’s fears overwhelm her when she believes her husband is oblivious to Lucinda’s actions. Will he remember his promise to protect her? Will he remember he swore that she would be safe and loved among the people who occupied Hunter’s Ridge? Can she trust him as he continues her lessons in both discipline and passion or will she find that the dual paths she vowed to take only lead to heartbreak.

This is the second book in the series, Hunter’s Ridge. It is a Victorian based age-play novel that contains discipline as well as explicit sexual scenes. If harsh discipline, age-play elements including anal play, or sexual acts offend you, please do not purchase this book. If you enjoy reading about the intense love and discoveries of possibilities of two people as they continue their journeys together, I hope my book brings you pleasure.

Chapter One

They watched as their valises were loaded into a carriage and their many trunks secured to the bed of a larger wagon that had arrived to take them to Hunter’s Ridge.? Molly kept hold of Lucy’s hand as Lucas made sure each item was securely loaded.? He had greeted one driver warmly before they both walked back towards the women.

“William, I’d like to introduce my little one, Lucille Rose, and this young woman is Miss Molly Saunderson, Lucy’s nanny,” Lucas said.

Lucy understood by the way Lucas had introduced her and Molly that there was not to be a single moment’s doubt about their status at Hunter’s Ridge.? Though she had lived at Wintercrest Manor,? where every servant knew that her twin sister, Lady Louisa Wintercrest, was to be treated as nothing more than a small, cherished little girl, for some reason Lucy was a little disconcerted to know that Lucas had not wasted a single moment to make her place known.

“Lucy, this is Mr. William Grover.? He has been in charge of the stables, as well as served as our family’s driver ever since I was a small boy.? His wife is a marvelous cook, and his son, Joseph now serves as my valet.”? She looked up to see Lucas smiling down at her before lifting his eyebrow in a silent question.

Lucy blushed prettily, knowing again by his words that she would always be expected to show proper respect for the older gentleman, despite the fact that he was employed by her husband.? Properly brought-up young ladies were also expected to have learned and to display impeccable manners.? Though Lucy was a titled woman of upper society, she was in truth her husband’s little child-bride.? Feeling her husband’s eyes still on her, Lucy knew this was but the first of Lucas’ employees that she must meet.? She dropped into a proper curtsy as the driver smiled down at her.? “It’s a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Grover,” she said, softly.

“Welcome to Hunter’s Ridge, Miss Lucy,” William said.? “Everyone has been quite busy preparing for your arrival.? It’s our hope that you’ll be happy in your new home.”? His words seemed to soothe Lucy as her posture relaxed just the tiniest bit at his friendly greeting.? He grinned down at Lucy.? “I expect my Edith will be thrilled to see you, Miss Lucy.? You are so tiny that she will constantly be pressing you to try all her dishes, in an attempt to fatten you up.? She packed a wee basket, just in case you get hungry before we arrive home.”? He was rewarded with a smile and a delightful soft giggle from the beautiful young woman as she spied a rather large wicker basket that sat on the floor of the carriage.? William welcomed Molly and then helped her into the carriage, passing her Cleo’s box.? A sudden roll of thunder caused all eyes to look to the sky.? Dark clouds were rolling in, the first splatters of rain sounding on the top of the carriage.

“It’s been raining for the past week,” William said, as he moved to attempt to shield Lucy from the weather.? “I’m afraid the roads are quickly becoming almost impassable.? Perhaps we can outrun the worst of the storm.”

Lucas nodded and surprised his wife when he stepped into the carriage, taking a seat across from Molly before turning to speak to his driver.? “Then let’s be on our way,” he suggested.? “I’m anxious to show my bride her new home.? It’s been too long, and I’m looking forward to one of Edith’s delicious meals.”

William grinned in pleasure.? “Well, Sir, you’ll soon have all you can eat,” he said, shocking Lucy into a startled squeal as he simply picked her up with two large hands around her waist and placed her onto her husband’s lap inside the carriage.? He watched as Lucy’s face flushed scarlet at his action, and he chuckled.? “Like I said, Miss Lucy, you are truly a tiny little chit of a girl.”? William smiled and shut the door, signaling to the driver of the luggage wagon that they were prepared to leave.

After just a few moments, Lucas felt his little one straining to bend forward to look out the window.? He grinned and released her so that she could kneel up on the seat, her face delightful to watch as she absorbed as much as she could of her surroundings.? The road around the train depot was full of wagons and carriages, as well as men on horses.? The atmosphere was one of orchestrated chaos as drivers tried to find their passengers and merchandise was loaded onto heavy carts to be taken into the town proper.

People of all descriptions were milling about, hurrying either to get into closed carriages or into larger wagons that didn’t offer much protection from the continuing rain.? Lucy realized that though she had seen only a small number of people during the days of their journey, the train obviously had held many more.? She couldn’t help but smile at seeing small children splashing in puddles as they played on the train platform, oblivious to the distressed look on the faces of the adults attending them.

She watched several carriages pulling away as the platform gradually cleared.? Lucy turned her head to watch a carriage pass, wondering if perhaps it held her new friend with her own Papa.? “Did you see Emmie?” she asked, turning to Lucas.? “Do you know where she and her Papa live?”

“No, Lucy, I didn’t see the Northbridge’s carriage.? They live just outside of town, as Lord Northbridge purchased a new residence when he opened his law practice.? It won’t take them nearly as long to get home.? I fear that with the inclement weather of the past week, it will take us even longer than normal to reach Hunter’s Ridge.”

“There are just so many people.? I have never seen so many traveling together,” Lucy said, though her experience with travel had been somewhat limited due to her youth and station.? Her family hadn’t traveled far from their home during her childhood.? Her move to Wintercrest to live with her Uncle Edward had been the furthest she had traveled until she had boarded the train with her new husband.

Lucas saw the wonder in her eyes and chuckled, enjoying showing her new things, teaching her all that the world could offer.? “Yes, Lucy, the train makes traveling more accessible to everyone.? We could have traveled by carriage, but I thought you might enjoy the experience of traveling by train.”? Seeing agreement in her sweet smile, he couldn’t help teasing her a bit.? “Besides, Kitten, I fear the beds in an inn would not sway and make you squeal in pleasure.”

Every exposed inch of her skin flushed a beautiful pink.? She gave a quick glance towards Molly and saw that her nanny was looking out the window and not appearing to be paying attention to the newlyweds.? Lucy lifted her eyes until she met Lucas’ twinkling ones.? “I’m glad you chose the train, Papa.? I’ll never forget our journey or everything I’ve learned as we’ve traveled.”?

Lucas felt his cock twitch in his trousers at both the words she spoke, as well as the unspoken ones whose meaning only the two of them would understand.? He loved seeing the gleam in his Kitten’s eyes and would be willing to bet a goodly sum that her drawers were becoming a bit damp.? “Neither shall I, my love, and I promise you have many, many more lessons to learn.”? He watched as she seemed to quiver and he grinned.? No, his little one had only just begun her schooling in pleasure.

As their carriage moved farther away from the depot, the scenery around them began to change.? Through the continuing rain, they could see rolling hills and thick forests lining the road, with only the occasional house discernable through the trees.? After an hour, the carriage left the main road and pulled into a long drive that meandered up a steep rise.

Lucy had settled back against her seat but suddenly bent forward when lush pastures began to appear.? She gasped, seeing a huge black stallion gallop along the fence as if challenging the horses pulling the carriage to a race.? She smiled at the pure beauty of the magnificent animal.? Lucas saw the horse as well.? “That’s Diablo,” he said, and she turned her face to him.? “He likes to believe he is the king of the stables.”

“He certainly looks like he could be,” Lucy said as the horse reared and whinnied, his front legs pawing the air, his power evident.? “Oh, my, he is so beautiful.? Do you know who owns him?”

Lucas nodded and chuckled.? “Yes, little one, you’ll find that kittens aren’t the only animals that belong to your Papa.? Diablo is but one of many horses on our estate.”? Lucy’s mouth dropped open as her eyes took in the fields and pastures spreading in all directions.

As if realizing that the Lord had returned home, the rain stopped as abruptly as it had begun.? Lucy watched the horse lift his head, shaking it vigorously, as if to remove the water from his mane.? She smiled, her hand reaching out towards him, as if wishing to stroke his velvet face.? She turned back to Lucas.? “This ? this is Hunter’s Ridge?” she asked, softly.

Lucas grinned and pulled her onto his lap before bending to kiss her forehead.? “This is part of it, Kitten.? I’m happy to see you excited about your new home.”? She gave a small nod at his comment, but her eyes remained on the magnificent horse.? Lucas saw her lean forward, as if to get closer to the stallion.? “Lucy, Diablo is a fitting name for that animal.? He is indeed magnificent, but he is far too much for my little one to ride.”? He saw the disappointment flash across her face.? “He is strong-headed and extremely difficult to control.? I promise, there are other horses that you may ride after I have seen how experienced a rider you are.”

She was somewhat mollified in hearing she would indeed be able to ride but a little upset in hearing that he doubted her abilities.? She had ridden horses ever since she was a small child and was positive she could ride any horse.? “Louisa and I are very good horsewomen,” Lucy said.? “I’ve been riding since I was a little girl, and …”

“You are still my little girl,” Lucas said firmly, before his tone lightened.? “Your Papa knows how much his little one enjoys riding,” he said, in a tone that caused her cheeks to color again as she remembered being taught to ride her husband, seated astride his lap, his shaft buried deep inside her body.? Lucy couldn’t stop a slight shudder from flowing over her at the memory of the intense pleasure her rides had given both of them.

Lucy looked up at her husband as his tone became firm.? “I will decide exactly how experienced you are, Lucille,” Lucas said, cutting her off, even as he felt her stiffen in his arms.? No longer teasing, he put a finger under her chin and forced her eyes to his.? “Young lady, if I ever catch you near Diablo?or anywhere near the stables without my permission?I guarantee I shall roast your rear so badly you wouldn’t be able to sit in a saddle for a week.”? Lucas kept his eyes on hers as his hand dropped to slip beneath her, cupping a small cheek.? “Do you understand me, Lucille, or do I need to give this little bottom a sample of what to expect if you decide to test my words?”? His fingers splayed further as he gave the cheek a gentle squeeze.? He heard her small moan, her body trembling slightly in his hold.

“I ? I understand, Papa,” she said quietly, dropping her gaze from his unwavering one.? Having made his point, he bent forward to kiss the top of her head.? “If you are my very good girl, then Papa will find you a nice, safe mount, and we can ride together.”

Lucy frowned in disappointment but knew better than to argue.? She didn’t want some stodgy old steed that would barely walk.? When she rode, she adored galloping through fields, the wind blowing her hair as the horse ran free.? Lucy kept her eyes on the stallion until they turned the bend and he disappeared from view.? A short while later, their pace slowed even further as the horses strained to pull the carriage up a muddy incline.? Lucy suddenly gave a shrill shriek as the carriage came to a stop with a jerk and seemed to tilt precariously, as if threatening to turn over.

Lucas was shocked when she pushed off his lap and began to claw at the door, as if desperate to escape the security of the carriage.? “Lucy, honey, calm down,” Lucas said as he attempted to return her to his lap.? She screamed again and then practically fell out the door when it was pulled open.? She flew from the carriage, almost knocking William from his feet, his own face showing his surprise.? He automatically reached out and captured the small woman before she tumbled face-first onto the muddy road.

“Shhhh, Miss Lucy, you’re safe, shhhhh,” William crooned as he pulled her to him and stepped back, allowing Lucas to climb from the carriage.? He watched as Lucas immediately gathered Lucy into his arms, lifting her up and holding her close to him, ignoring the mud her shoes splattered onto his clothing.? He stroked his hand down her back and also made soothing sounds until the small woman began to calm.? She stopped screaming and whimpering, finally wrapping her legs around her husband’s waist and sobbing against his neck.? William didn’t speak as he lifted Molly from the carriage and carried her to the side of the road.

“Thank you, Mr. Grover,” Molly spoke softly, noticing his stunned expression as his eyes returned to where Lucas still stood, holding his sobbing wife.? “Lucy lost her parents in a carriage accident not long ago,” Molly explained.? “She only survived because she was thrown from the carriage when it began to roll.”

“Aye, poor little thing,” William said, understanding the beautiful young woman’s terror.? “What a sad thing for our precious girl.”? William didn’t set Molly down until she could stand on the thick grass.? Though wet, it provided a far more stable surface than the slick mud of the road.? Molly kept her eyes on Lucas as he patiently and quietly continued to soothe his frightened bride.

It was obvious what had happened.? The carriage had hit a rut that collapsed even more with the weight of the carriage.? With the mud sucking at the wheel and the horses pulling against that suction, the carriage had twisted just enough for the wheel to snap, unbalancing the carriage, which was now tilted at an angle.? The horses were well-trained and stood quivering in their traces, not attempting to flee.? William walked around the entire carriage before stopping to soothe the team of horses.? As his voice reached Lucy, it seemed that his soothing words joined her husband’s own gentle assurances.? She finally calmed, her tears ending.? She lifted her head, to find her husband smiling down at her, his eyes full of concern.

“Are you going to be okay?” Lucas asked, lifting his hand to run the pad of his finger down her cheek.? She quivered at his touch, her blonde head bobbing a bit.

“I’m sorry,” she said, and would have said more but he moved his finger to tap against her lips.

“No, sweetie, there is no need for you to apologize.? I’m so sorry the wheel broke and frightened you so.? It is an unfortunate accident, but Lucy, I understand your fear.? You are safe now; nothing is going to hurt you,” Lucas assured her, before bending to press his lips against her forehead, cradling her close to his chest once more.? She trembled for a few more minutes before relaxing against him.? Lucas stood holding her, keeping her safe until he felt he could release her.? He slowly slogged his way across the road to where Molly was standing, the mud sucking at his boots with his every step.? Lucas set her down on her feet, his hands holding her waist until he was sure her legs would hold her.? “Stay with Molly,” he said gently.? “I need to speak with William.”

Molly smiled at her, moving to tuck a strand of Lucy’s golden hair behind her ear from where it had clung to a tearstained cheek.? Molly bent and kissed her cheek, taking her hand and giving it a small squeeze.? Lucy managed to give her a soft smile before turning to watch as Lucas and William inspected the damage.

As the two men determined what needed to be done, the wagon carrying the luggage caught up with them.? The driver set his brake and climbed down from the tall seat, joining the other men.

“Nothing to do but replace the wheel,” William said, and Lucas nodded.? It would mean either a trip back into town or to his home for an extra wheel, otherwise another form of transportation had to be provided.? He looked at the luggage wagon thinking perhaps he could place Lucy onto it, but besides being completely loaded, it had no covering and the weather looked as if it could pour again at any moment.

Sighing, he turned to William.? “There isn’t room for all of us on the wagon, besides, I’m not sure Lucy is ready to go on.? There’s no need for us all to stay here.? I fear we haven’t seen the last of the rain.? I want you to take Molly and go on to the house.? Ask Agnes to help Molly prepare water for bathing and have hot tea ready when we arrive.? Gather what you need and bring Samson.? Bring as many boys you believe will be necessary to get the carriage wheel replaced.? I’ll stay with Lucy.? We can take refuge in the carriage if it should rain again.”

“I think that is best, Sir,” William agreed.? “The carriage should be stable enough with just the two of you.? We will return as quickly as possible, but it might take quite a bit of time.? Are you sure you don’t want Lucy to go with her nanny?? I could stay with you.”

Lucy had listened to the conversation and immediately called out to her husband:? “No!? Please ? I ? I want to stay with you, Pa ? Sir,” she said.? “Please don’t make me go without you.”

Lucas heard the plea, as well as a note of panic in her voice.? He walked to her and took her back into his arms.? “You’ll stay with me, Kitten,” he assured her.? He spoke to Molly, apologizing for the turn of events, as it would mean she would make her first trip into his home unescorted.

“There is no help for it, Sir,” Molly said, brushing aside his concerns.? “It will give me time to find new clothing for our Lucy.? Though Mr. Grover did his best, Lucy’s cloak is filthy.? Her stockings and drawers aren’t much better, I’m afraid, and I fear her shoes are beyond repair.? I’m sorry to say, my Lord, but your clothes are quite spoiled, as well.? I’m sure your staff will be able to help me.? We’ll have everything ready to comfort our girl when you arrive.”

Lucas was impressed with her determined willingness to put aside her own comfort in order to assure his and Lucy’s.? The matter settled, William once more lifted Molly and carried her to the wagon.? Once she was seated on the high bench, he handed her Cleo’s box before he climbed up beside her.? The wagon driver joined them, and Lucy and Lucas watched as the sturdy draft horses struggled to once again pull the load through the squelching mud until the wagon crested the hill and disappeared.

Lucy turned when she heard the whinny of one of the horses.? Lucas heard it as well.? “I’ll get the horses.? There is no need for them to stand in the mud, and they will need to be unhitched so the wheel can be replaced.”? Lucy watched as he stepped back into the road, his boots sinking into the mud.? She looked down at her own shoes, which were no longer pink.? The entire bottom halves of her legs were filthy, her traveling cloak heavy with mud that was dripping to the ground.? She impulsively untied her cloak and dropped it to the grass before stepping into the road.? Lucas started unbuckling the straps of the traces to release one horse when he realized Lucy was mimicking his movements on the other side of the team.

“Lucy, get back.? I don’t want you hurt,” he said, even as he watched her reach out and stroke her hand along the horse’s side, calming the gelding.

She looked up and shook her head. ?“I want to help, Papa,” she said.? “I know horses.? They won’t hurt me.”? Lucas saw no fear or hesitation in her face, even when the horse shied a bit as a large fly buzzed its face.? “Shhh, you are such a brave boy; it’s only a fly,” Lucy crooned as she stroked the horse.

Seeing the smile on her face and not having the heart to deny her a small amount of joy after her scare, he relented.? “You’ll get even dirtier,” he warned, and then grinned when he heard her giggle.? The sound was delightful and a far cry from her terrified screams of earlier.

She lifted one of her feet from the mud and shook it at him.? “I’m already dirty, Papa, and so are you,” she exclaimed, with another giggle.? Lucas looked down at his own boots, which were buried almost ankle deep in the mire.? His trousers and even his coat were both streaked with mud from when Lucy had clung to him.

“My little one is correct,” he said, chuckling.? “Okay, you may help, but be careful.”? She nodded happily, continuing to release the buckles that held the horse in place.? Once the horses were free, Lucas slogged through the mud, leading his horse towards the fence a short distance away.? Lucy shocked him once more by following immediately, the horse looming over her petite frame.? Not wanting to startle her horse, Lucas remained silent until he was able to reach out and take the reins.? Lucy released them and watched as he tied both horses to the fence.? The pair immediately bent to nibble at the succulent grasses that grew along the edge of the fence.? Lucas shook his head at the sight of his bride.? The churning of the horses’ feet had thrown up additional mud.? Her pink dress was splattered, and he wondered what had happened to her cloak.? Seeing it in the wet grass, he moved to her.

“Some little lady needs a bath,” he teased, reaching out to brush his finger along her mud-splattered cheek.

Lucy giggled again and then laughed at the sight of her usually impeccably-dressed husband.? “Some Lord does, as well,” she said, and then flushed as the look in his eyes changed.? He stepped forward and picked her off her feet, bringing his mouth to hers in a kiss that seared her very soul.? She moaned, the kiss igniting her desires, the last of her scare leaving her, until she wanted nothing more than to cling to him, this time in passion.

Lucas felt her desire as his own swelled.? He thrust his tongue into her mouth, her small whimpers of arousal causing his cock to rise.? He walked her to the grass before setting her down.? She gave a small whimper when he released her, her arms lifting as if asking to be picked up again.? He realized this was the first time they had been truly alone since they wed.? They weren’t in a house full of people or a train compartment with Molly next door.? There wasn’t another soul in sight.

Lucas reached out and cupped her face, bending to kiss her again.? “Stay,” he said, softly.? She watched as he walked to the carriage and awkwardly leaned into the open door.? He returned with a thick blanket and the basket of refreshments that his cook had graciously sent with her husband.

Lucas spread the blanket onto the grass before picking up Lucy’s cloak and draping it over the fence, hoping it had time to dry before it was needed.? Before allowing her to settle onto the blanket, he had her hold his shoulders as he knelt to remove her shoes and stockings.? The ruffled hem of her drawers was also wet and muddy, but Lucas managed to remove the worst of it with one of her stockings.? Lucy shivered as she stood in the wet grass while he attended to her.?

“I’ll have you settled in just a minute, Kitten,” he said, as he finished wiping her legs.? “I believe Molly is correct; your shoes are ruined beyond repair.”

She looked at them, seeing there wasn’t a speck of pink satin showing on either of the drenched, muddy slippers.? “I’m sorry,” she said quietly.

Lucas looked up from where he was kneeling and gave her a smile.? “Don’t worry, little one; they are only shoes.”? He was pleased to see her smile and then give a small shriek as he lifted her and then set her down onto the blanket.? “Why don’t you see what Mrs. Grover prepared for us?” he suggested, as he hobbled on one leg in order to remove his muddy boots.? Lucy giggled again but when he gave her a look of mock disapproval, she clapped her hand over her mouth, her giggles muffled, yet still very pleasant to Lucas’ ear.? As he finished removing his boots and stockings, she opened the wicker basket.? By the time her husband settled beside her, Lucy had small sandwiches, strawberries and some huge cookies piled onto two small plates.? She offered him a plate, which he thanked her for by bending forward to kiss her gently.? They began to eat, suddenly very hungry.? “I suppose we’ve missed luncheon, but this will tide us over until we get home.”? He leaned forward and shocked her by slowly tracing the sensitive surface of her lips with just the tip of his tongue.? Arousal shot through her even as he grinned.

“I suppose I should have remembered your bib,” he teased as his finger moved to gently trace along the front of her bodice.

Juice from the huge strawberry she had bitten into stained the dress, and she realized that it most likely also stained her lips.? She giggled again, shrugging her shoulders as if unconcerned by the condition of her dress.? He smiled and fed her another strawberry, following it with another kiss.? Lucy was finally fully recovered from her scare and relaxed, offering him a strawberry as well.? “Is there anything to drink?” he asked, reaching for the basket.? She nodded and watched as he pulled out a jar.? He unscrewed the lid and took a sip.? “Lemonade,” he informed her and then set the jar down and pulled her to sit on his lap.

When Lucas tried to hand her the jar, she shook her head, her bladder suddenly making its need known.? Misunderstanding, he teased her.? “Come, Kitten, I know you prefer milk, but I assure you the lemonade is refreshing.”? She flushed, but again shook her head.? Lucas seemed confused until she squirmed a bit on his lap.? “Ahh, you need to potty.” he stated, and watched as she buried her face against his chest, shaking her head.? Lucas returned the jar to the basket and then cupped her cheeks, forcing her to look at him.? “Little one, don’t lie to your Papa.? I know you so much better than you think.? My little one only squirms about like a little worm when her Papa is teasing her with his tongue or she needs to potty.? Since I haven’t undressed you so that I can taste more of your sweetness than your lips, it is not difficult to ascertain the truth.”

His words caused Lucy’s face to flush hotly as she recalled memories of his tongue and how he used it on her.? Thinking of him licking and suckling at her?at her breasts or, God, between her legs, caused her to want to squirm for an entirely different reason.

“Shall I help you, or do you intend to sit on your Papa’s lap until you can’t hold it any longer and wet yourself, as well as my trousers?”? Just hearing him speak so bluntly about something so private made her color deepen.? She attempted to look away, but his hands held her face in place.? “Am I going to need to turn you over my lap and pull your drawers down to spank your bottom before you admit what you need?”? Experience told her he wouldn’t hesitate to do so, and she gave a small shake of her head.? “What do you need, Kitten?? Remember, I told you Papas want to take care of their little girls.? I am here to take care of whatever my Kitten needs.? Do you need your Papa to help you now?”? She shuddered but finally nodded.

When he made no movement to assist her, she realized she had yet to verbally answer him.? It was one of the many rules her husband was slowly teaching her.? If asked a question, she was to answer, regardless of how embarrassing the question might be.

“Papa, please ? please help me,” she said as quietly as possible, not able to meet his eyes.?

Lucas thought it strange that she appeared so shy about her need.? After all, he often woke her from her daily naps and changed her wet nappy.? During their train travel, he had also escorted her to the water closet and cleaned her after she had done her necessary.? Not a man to let an occasion pass that could be considered a lesson, he placed his lips against the top of her head, giving her a kiss, as if to reassure her that she was safe with her Papa.

“Ask properly, little one,” he said, so quietly that she had to strain to hear.

He seldom raised his voice, as his tone, facial expressions, and body language were enough to capture her complete attention.? She squirmed again, not wishing to discuss such private&#4

This is the next book in the series, Women of Wintercrest. This one is about Lucy, now that she is at home at Hunter’s Ridge. Everyone in her new home know that Lucy is to be treated as a child. Lucas has three sisters and they also are treated as children. The oldest is married, living at Hunter’s Ridge with her husband. The next is old enough to be courting. But, they all still wear school girl uniforms and are under the care of a governess. Lucy has a hard time dealing with everyone in her new home knowing that she gets punished by her Papa. Then, we add in the governess who has feelings for Lucas and is being very difficult and mean to Lucy. I have really enjoyed this series. This book is not as severe as some of the other books but there are plenty of punishments and they are well described. I give this book 5 stars.

I thought that this was a much better book than the last one in the series. This time the characters seem more well-rounded and there was a real affection between the two main characters. I also enjoyed the development of various subsidiary characters.

I was anxiously waiting on this story and it was worth the wait. Lucy has made it to her new home. She is married but is to be treated as a special little one. She has a hard time with everyone knowing she is disciplined and has an uphill battle. However her husband truly loves her and shows it. This is a age play story so if this is not your thing I wouldn’t recommend it but if you are curious this is a good story and I hope there is more to come.

It is rare to see a series that just keeps getting better with each new book, but Ms Ryan has done exactly that. This one is a treat and even though it was longer than her previous ones, I was still sad that I reached the end so soon. There were a couple of twists in this one with the addition of new characters. Very well written as always and I\’m already looking forward to the next installment. Do yourself a favor and immerse yourself in Lucy and Logan\’s world. I promise you won\’t be disappointed.

Lucy’s story flows seamlessly from her Journey to her Homecoming, as all her stories do. Lucy job, now, is to become part of a loving family. Lucas is proving to be a very caring, loving husband/papa as he tends to Lucy’s every need. He ensures she has every physical convenience but, more importantly, he is able to understand what she needs for her emotional happiness. As strange as this might sound, even when Lucy was under threat, I was more sure than she was that Lucas would see her safe. This is a series that sucks you in and makes you feel as if you know these people and want to visit with them. It’s a series that I hope never ends.

I thought that this was a much better book than the last one in the series. This time the characters seem more well-rounded and there was a real affection between the two main characters. I also enjoyed the development of various subsidiary characters.

I have followed Lucy\’s story from the beginning. Maggie Ryan never fails to draw me in, and make me really feel I\’m Lucy. You can feel her Papa\’s love for her. You can feel her worry, disappointment, even fear at times when she has disappointed him, and when she is facing a punishment. Her relationship with Lucas only grows more sweet and pure as he shows her how much he longs to take care of every one of her needs. How he longs to have her completely depend on him. I have to admit, I HATED the governess. It hurt me to see that Lucas did not seem to see at first how Lucy was under her attack, and that she did not feel safe around her. Especially when Lucy\’s own Nanny could see it, and so could his sisters. But Lucas is a good man, and the welfare of his little girl really does come first. There was one instance in the book where Lucy comes to the rescue of one of her sister in laws, but she feels her Papa will be livid at her, my heart just broke for her, and Lucas\’ way of handling it was so dear, I will remember that scene, I dare say, for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to see how Lucy\’s life continues on.

This book picks up where \’Lucy\’s Journey Home\’ left off, and if you haven\’t read any of the others in the two series (Hunter\’s Ridge and Women of Wintercrest), DO IT NOW!
I fell in love with both Louisa and Lucy from the very first Wintercrest installment, and although I couldn\’t imagine the series getting even better, it has!
As other reviewers have said, the depth of love and caring the author conveys – even through the most explicit sex and punishment scenes – is just incredible, and it what makes Ms Ryan\’s books stand head and shoulders above other books in the ageplay genre, in my opinion.
If you\’re an ageplay and/or DD fan, and you want to read a story where the emotional aspects are described just as vividly as the physical, you cannot miss this one, or any of the others by this same author. Loved it!

Hey, folks – I gotta say – this is a must read if you enjoy Victorian age play. The plot is solid, the characters wonderful and well-developed, and the scenes are true to the source. As an AP writer, I look for the ability to bring a reader to the head space to truly love and appreciate the relationship of this lifestyle and to show it in its true form. Miss Ryan has demonstrated that rare talent in this series and I look forward to seeing much much more from her. Bravo Miss Maggie! I give it 10 stars but the ratings won\’t allow me to.

I would not have imagined that Maggie Ryan could outdo the last installment in the Wintercrest/Hunter’s Ridge series but this was my absolute favorite so far. Lucas and Lucy have such a beautiful relationship and the journey that they take in this book was unlike one that I’ve seen so far in this type of story, for it is one where both Papa and his little girl learn that they are not perfect and that all they can do is learn from their mistakes and do better next time. Maggie spins a fantastic ape-play story that lets you experience Lucy’s struggles and joys as she tries to learn how to accept her own needs and be the little girl she wants to be for her Papa. Lucas is a firm, yet very loving Papa, something that I often find missing in historical age play. This book made me laugh out loud, and also brought me to tears. I read and reread the last two chapters at least five times the first night I got it. I cannot wait to see what comes next for Lucy and her friends!

This is the next book in the series, Women of Wintercrest. This one is about Lucy, now that she is at home at Hunter??s Ridge. Everyone in her new home know that Lucy is to be treated as a child. Lucas has three sisters and they also are treated as children. The oldest is married, living at Hunter??s Ridge with her husband.

I am able to feel the love from with in. I have read some ageplay that just seems mean, but Ms. Ryan always has a true purpose behind the disapline. I hope these chaticters have a long future ahead, as I truely hate whan I reach the end of a bok.

This is the second in the Hunter’s Ridge series with characters from the Woman of Wintercrest. Lucy fell in love with Lucus, The Lord of Huntington, and she is Lady Huntington but she will be treated as a special little girl and when she sees her new home she is excited and frightened but everyone gives her a warm welcome except the governess, Lucinda who plans to make Lucy miserable. The well written plot has wonderful character development. As it’s an age play novel there are elements that include explicit sexual acts, spanking and anal play. There is also romance and deep love as Lucy and Lucus continue their journey. I hope that there will be a third story (hint, hint) in this wonderful series.

I must admit that I was a bit confused, not realizing this was part of a series, and had some trouble keeping things straight. I highly recommend reading Maggie Ryan\’s earlier books beforehand.

That said this is quite enjoyable. Lucy is unsure of herself and new surroundings, but not of her decision or her husband/papa. I really enjoyed the positve female relationships throughout the story and am looking forward to Nanny Molly\’s budding romance.

I am not a true fan of child brides and keeping a wife as a little one. That being said, the story was good and what I noticed was the definite development of characters and love between Lucas and Lucy.

The story had lots of discipline of Lucy and anal play, with mild sexual scenes. Lucy was diapered, given binkies and milk in a bottle and put down for a nap often. The saving grace was that she was loved. Lucas really did love Lucy and did not want to cause her harm or embarrassment. The story had a few twists in it with the Governess. All in all at the end of the book I was smiling.
If you are not a fan of age play, don’t read this book. It is a different life style. The book had a happy ending and was well written.

    Homecoming- Hunter’s Ridge Book 2

    Maggie Ryan

I have been reading this series from the beginning. I absolutely love them all. Maggie Ryan does an amazing job of transporting the reader back in time so that we feel part of the story.
Lucy is finally going to her new home. She has chosen to live as Lord Huntington’s special little one. His home is shared by his sisters who also live in the lifestyle and one brother in law, and of course the ever necessary governess Miss Lucinda.
There is plenty of spanking as it takes awhile for Lucy to feel at home in her very childish room. Poor Lucy’s bottom seems to be red more often than white as she talks back to the adults frequently and is reprimanded. There is the need for daily bottles and lots of naps. If you like anal play, as I do then you will enjoy this story as one of the punishments spent a lot of time in that area.
Lucy and Lucas are truly in love and I hope to read more about them in the future. This family has been an amazing journey. I would rate this story a 5/5.

Lucy will meet her new sisters and the house where she will live with her Papa/Husband as his child-bride. She has a lot of emotional fears but Papa and Nanny Molly do their best to try and help her understand that everyone will welcome her. The story is a Victorian age-play series with explicit sex, sometimes harsh discipline and anal play. Maggie Ryan does it again. This is the next in the series but can be read as a stand alone, but for the full story I would recommend you read the whole series. This book is amazing it takes the love of Lucas and Lucy on a wonderful journey. Lucas is strong but so human, he makes mistakes but is strong enough to admit them and move on from them. He is much nicer than Edward. And it his character that makes this story stand out from other age play books that I have read. I would not only recommend this but say it should be a first or introductionary to age play or a how to write it. Thank you. Margaret

I also love the new characters that were introduced and look forward to the next book in this series.

I wait on the edge of my seat for the continuing books of this fantastic series to appear. I was not disappointed with this one! Maggie Ryan does it again as she brings the characters I love back to life. Lucy is both excited and terrified upon her arrival at her husband\’s huge estate. She is pleased to find his family accepting of her in both of her roles to their brother, Lucas Huntington. All would be fine if she could only accept the fact that her new room is an actual nursery and the horrid governess didn\’t hate her so much. Lucy finds herself in trouble quite often as she attempts to adjust to her new home. Lucas remains constant, giving her both the discipline she needs as well as the deep love and commitment he is always ready to show. Molly, Lucy\’s nanny, is not only coming into her own, she has a love interest herself and I can\’t wait to see where that goes. Emmie and her Papa/Husband, Lord Stefan, are also in this book which was great and I hope to see more of them as well. Wonderful job again by Ms. Ryan and I\’ll be anxiously waiting for the next book! Please, don\’t take too long!
