I’m a reviewer. How do I change my reviewer name so it doesn’t display my real name? First, make sure you are logged in. Once you are logged in (click Log In) on the right shows a series of options: Dashboard, Orders, Downloads, etc. Go to Account Details. The Display Name is what you would want to change if your real name is showing or if you prefer to go by a different name.

I’m not seeing all my book downloads. I’m only seeing PDF versions. Can you help? Yes, please fill out the following form for us to manually regenerate the downloads. This will allow you access to your previously purchased book files including in ePub, mobi, and PDF formats. The form is here.

Why did you change the store? Our previous Blushing store was outdated and ran very slow when doing a search. We are still updating our new site and plan to have some fun new features in the near future. Stay tuned!

What are points? How can I redeem them? What are they worth? How do I get more points? Points are issued on purchases on the Blushing Books store only. For every $1 you spend, you receive 1 point. 300 points = $5 Blushing Books Store Credit. We will also be offering exclusive items that you can redeem your points for! How do I leave a review? Make sure you’re logged into your account. (Click Log In at the top). Then find the book you want to review. Click “Reviews” and you can scroll down to leave your star rating and review. You can even add pictures and/or video if you’re a vlogger!

I can’t log in. If this is your first time using our new store, then you will need to have a new password issued to your account. This is a security measure that’s required to keep your password safe. If you don’t receive an email after you request a new password (give it approximately 10 minutes), then please email customer service.

How do I load a book to my Kindle? First, download the book from our store in the “mobi” format. After it’s downloaded, log into your Amazon account. If you plan to email the file to your Kindle, please follow the steps below.

  • Please go into Amazon > Your Account 
  • Under Digital Content and Devices > Kindle Content
  • At the top click on “Preferences”
  • Scroll Down
  • Find “Personal Document Settings” and click on it
  • Further down find the “Approved Personal Document E-mail” and click on add a new approved email address 
  • Add the email address you intend to use to email yourself the mobi file.
