To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides. - David Viscot

Daddy's Little Lady is a unique tale of love, pain, discipline, and trust that extends across the globe. From the hard, gray lines of Victorian England to the colorful magic and mystery of India, this story unfolds with the opening of the ancient Indian book of sex - the Kama Sutra

Jane Foster, the ward and fiancee of Marquis Philip de Courtier, never knew how the forbidden book stolen from Philip's library would change both of their lives. For hours, she would sit on the garden swing and secretly study the pictures illustrating the ancient text. She longed to be like the beautiful, sensual women who twisted their bodies into works of art; anything other than Philip's Little girl who needed guidance, rules, and discipline demanded by high society.

It was easy for Jane to call him "Papa". She had teasingly done so for years; but as an adult, she discovered that the term came with a price- bare bottom spankings for breaking his rules. And Jane made certain to break plenty! Her rebellion grew every time he left her alone in the cold, dark manor. Rebellion that turned to resentment.

But, neither knew that the words in the Kama Sutra had taken root in their hearts- Philip through the teachings of his friend, the Raja; and Jane, through the stolen moments with her book. When he returned from latest trip to India, Jane found the confidence to express her needs. The cries of her heart were heard and, on that fateful night, Philip's Little Janie was (temporarily) transformed into his Lady Jane.

But Jane had a secret. One she was afraid would repel Philip and make him change his mind about making her his wife. She found new friends within the Palace walls of the Raja and his family, and they helped her accept her secret with pride. She learned quickly that as much as Little Janie was loved by "Papa", Lady Jane was the center of his heart and the desire of his body. She also discovered that as painful as his loving discipline was, the sexual satisfaction was even greater. Like the positions on the Kama Sutra, nothing was left for the imagination.

The fictional story of Little Lady Jane encompasses the essence of the Kama Sutra in a real life scenario, and shows how possible true transformation (in the heart, mind, spirit and body) can be achieved, even the stringent society of Victorian England. The sensuality and sexuality of India replaces the rigid rules and uncompromising dictates of Victorian society, and a story of passion, pain, adventure, and sexual awakening blooms from the depths, like the lotus flower arises out of the darkness of a muddy pond.

A reader:

I\'m a fan of Victorian era books, and there are many to choose from, however, I\'ve never read one more sensual than this. I Love Jane. She is not your normal everyday girl, and this is not your normal everyday Victorian. Jane takes a journey both physically and emotionally, learning about her \"little\" Jane and her \"lady\" Jane. I could not stop until I finished the book- and now I need more.

Jane has been in love with her childhood friend, her guardian and her business partner for her entire life. She adores it when he pays her attention and yet questions why he suddenly starts disappearing whenever he is around her for too long. Could it be that he doesn\'t want her to ever grow up? Philip has many things he\'d like to teach the young woman and when he discovers that she is an avid student, the two begin exploring all sorts of delightful things that life has to offer those willing to let themselves be unaffected by strict society. This book takes you on an adventure to different cultures as well as an exploration of the Kama Sutra as two people learn how to love and accept the other. This is the first of a series and you will find that you wish it ended here - who wants to wait? I enjoyed the spankings as well as the love scenes and it was nice to see women of an earlier era be strong and not afraid to let their ideas and dreams be known.

A reader:

This is a great story by Breanna Hayse. Little Lady Jane is the start of a great age-play story. Jane and Philip grew up with one another. When their fathers died, Phillip took over raising Jane. They have a great relationship, until Phillip gets scared of his feelings for Jane and runs. Eventually, he gets past that and tells Jane that he loves her. He is uncomfortable in England and takes Jane with him when he travels East again to India. When they get there they stay with the Raja, who also has wives that are little girls. There Jane learns a little about how her life as a little girl will proceed. Unfortunately, for me, the story ends just as Jane starts her training. I can’t wait for the next story to come out. I give this 5 stars.&newline&
