Read Sample Chapter

Toni Moreau has spent the last decade trying to keep her head above water. Her formative years were spent in and out of foster care. So far, her adulthood has been a matter of basic survival and, as far as her experiences with romance—well, they were simply non-existent. She has decided that the only person looking out for Toni is Toni. And that the only way to protect herself is to avoid all emotions and be the most mature grown-up she can be.

Judah Jackson has other ideas, however. He sees a beautiful young woman who needs help blossoming into the creative and carefree girl who has been locked inside.

Will Toni be able to trust this man? Will his goals to allow this young woman to reclaim her lost childhood be the key to unlocking her full potential? Or will the wounds be so deep they quench out the flame that burns within?

DISCLAIMER: This book contains the spanking of adult women and deals with serious issues of self-harm in regards to cutting and suicidal ideation. There are elements of age play, including therapeutic regression. If any of these might disturb or offend you in any way, please do not purchase.

This review is from: Affirming Antoinette (The Jackson Tribe Book 2) (Kindle Edition)
This is the second book in this series and it's just as good as book 1 .
Toni Moreau has had a life full of heartache and despair.
She spent her childhood in and out of foster homes.
It has left her with no self esteem at all.
She finds release through self harm.
Pastor Judah Jackson came into Toni's life at her lowest point.
He offered her a place at his parents place, they run a treatment center called Redemption Ranch.
Toni is sceptical at first but she had no where else to go.
After breaking a Ranch rule,Toni expects to be thrown out like every other time she has made mistakes.
Judah offered a different solution.Toni can live at his house with strict rules.
Judah suggests that they try Age Play Regression Therapy.
He explains that it will allow Toni to experience being little in a safe place.
Toni never had a childhood, she had to grow up fast.
This book was very interesting.I liked how Judah slowing allowed Toni to be his little Nettie without fear of rejection .
This does not mean she had no consequences, she found out quickly that her uncle would not hesitate to punish her.
We read with much love that Toni's character evolves from despair to happiness.
The author did a great job portraying Toni's inscurities.
This was a unique, funny and delightful book even during difficult times.

A reader:

Best Book Ever!

This is one of the best books I have ever read. Delia Grace is such a talented author. Toni/Nettie is such a strong, cute and sassy girl. Even with all she went through she came out on top and found an amazing man in Judah. I can't wait to read more about this family.

toni starts over

I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. This is Toni's Story. Toni was abused child. Abused by people she should have been able to trust and also by herself. This story is very sensitive because it involves an alternative method of dealing with self-abuse. I will say bouncing back and forth from the past to the present was a little disconcerting. I really liked this book and it has a surprise at the end that you don't see coming. This story contains ageplay, sexual situations and discipline.

Just as good as book 1

Another great book by Delia Grace! This is the second book in the Jackson Tribe series and just as good as the first! To be a new author Delia Grace sure can write! This is not your typical romance book because Toni comes with a lot of series issues. She has been in foster care most of her life and has had an extremely rough life. Pastor Judah Jackson is there to help her as soon as a kind caring nurse reaches out to him. Toni moves in with Judah as soon as circumstances warrant such a move. Judah councils Toni and suggest that maybe age-play therapy would help her since she lost so much of her childhood. This is such a caring loving love story. There are fun-filled times, spanking - nothing harsh - and sexual scenes. I loved this book! 5 Gigantic Stars!
