The next day was spent wind-surfing followed by lazing at the beach until the sun went down. She and Deuce took a boat tour of the nearby reef at sunset, and discussed politics and religion. They had both in common, but they found points on which they differed and it made for a lively conversation. They kissed several times, and Pilar's breasts firmed and her nipples got hard as pebbles under his fingers.

Though Deuce made it very clear that he desired her, that he found her attractive and sexy, he didn't push hard. He was watching her closely, like a jaguar, waiting for the moment that she couldn't stand keeping him away any longer. It was a scary and thrilling thought to consider sleeping with him with no commitment and no future. In this case, what happened in Jamaica would stay in Jamaica.

I think this may have been one of the best in the series so far. I love that you have this extremely eligible bachelor and this woman who feels that she's not good enough for him. I mean who doesn't love those stories of partners from different worlds? I also felt this the book was extremely well written which just allowed the story to flow from page to page and made it a quick read. And, of course, I loved the HOT scenes :)

I had quite a few problems with this story. I also was not a fan of Deuce. Not really sure about Pilar either. Here is a woman who is supposedly concerned about her image or what it was, and yet she meets a guy on a nudist beach. It seemed like there were a lot of this going on in the book. Why even include illegal immigration into the story, unless you were going to make them citizens of the US. I also didn't get the whole Stacy and son thing. Ok, so it was supposed to be good of him to continue seeing the boy, but eventually that is going to stop, probably because Stacy doesn't want him in her life anymore, how is that going to effect him them. Again, did not like this story at all, and thought it could have been written in a different way. I already have the next book in the series, and am now questioning the reason for getting it, hopefully it will bring me back around to liking the series again.

This is book four of the Journey series. Deuce has strong family ties and family values. Pilar is a strong woman and has had a hard life and insecure about her past and Deuces love for her.

A wonderful addition to the Journey family series. I loved both the characters and how their relationship sizzled from the start. But even better was how Pilar and Deuce grew to really care about one another. I also appreciated reading about a woman who could admit how much spanking turned her on.

I thought things couldn't get any better from this author but how wrong was I. Another brother has found love. This doctor has fallen for a dance instructor and the journey is full of loving admininstered discipline.

Another great story in the Journey series! Deuce and Pilar are hot! I loved the intertwining of the two character's cultures, and loved their respect for each other and their families. The spankings and sex were hot as heck! Though they were all consensual, some of the spankings were for punishment, and even hotter! I loved the little twist brought into their new relationship. Another great story by Patricia Green!

I love the Journey Series and this one did not disappoint. Deuce meets Pilar while on vacation. She evades him once vacation is over. Fate sees it differently and they meet up again and another Journey adventure begins. A great addition to the series. I hope Ms. Green continues to add to this series.

Ms. Green continues with the Journey family, this time Deuce is smitten on a trip to Jamaica. His woman keeps him intrigued and at a distance. As fate would have it, they both lived in the Houston area and were bound to meet again. It continues like a fencing match, until... The story is a lot of fun.

This story was okay. I never felt much for Deuce. He felt cold to me. Pilar was wonderful. I wanted her to get much more value than she did. For the story is was good, I just have come to expect more from this author. Sorry.

This is a great installment to the Journey family series where you see Duece meet his match. He definitly is much differnet than his brothers but has all hte same values that his whole family believes strongly in. Pilar is a strong woman who has has been thru a lot and doesn't feel worthy of love. These two make a great story and hopefully there will be more to come.

In book four of this series we get up close and personal with the last unmarried brother, Deuce. He meets Pilar while on vacation and runs into her back home in Houston. She has things in her past she is ashamed of and doesn't think Deuce will want anything to do with the real her. This was another good story about this family and can't wait for the next one. Hopefully soon.

I found that this installment in the journey series to have a big impact. It was interesting to see how different in many ways Deuce is from his on the ranch family and yet he retains so much of the same family values. Pilar is such a strong character and has achieve so much despite everything that life had through at her you can't help but cheer her on and in turn root for her and Deuce as a couple.
