Overview
You get the entire series in this combo where Mark Hagen discovers, disciplines, and falls in love with the genie of his dreams! Now for one low price.
Book One:
Mark Hagen is an artist. He doesn't see a blue sky, but a cerulean one with a dab of cadmium red and perhaps a hint of burnt sienna. He eats, sleeps, and dreams color. Turpentine flows in his veins. Yet for the past three years he hasn't been able to create a thing. He can't even give his work away. An artist unemployed has little to live for. &tab&All that changes the day he finds an unusual bottle washed up on the beach. A beautiful young genie appears to grant his every wish! She could give him fame and fortune. But Mark doesn't want it. He has to make it on his own, or it won't mean a thing. &tab&Having a personal genie does spice up his life. She is overly enthusiastic, impulsive, eager to please, yet because she has spent the last few hundred years a prisoner in her bottle, she has never seen a car before, or a camera phone. Making her mind will take a firm hand, and keeping her safe could be a full time job - one Mark discovers he wants more than anything in this world.
Book Two:
Being washed up on Mark Hagen's beach was the best thing that had ever happened to Mishnaya! He was sensitive and thoughtful, when he wasn't lost in his artwork. He was loving and caring, most of the time. And he was so needy! He was like a lost child when he wasn't painting. And he was finally painting again - Mishnaya knew she could take credit for that!
&tab&But love was a dangerous thing. She was caught between her duty to him as his genie, and a higher calling to help him discover his roots, to give him the wings that he might fly on his own, no longer needing her or her magic. Loving him meant she had to set him free. But what would her own life be worth when he was no longer a part of it?
