Cara and Slade have a complicated relationship when she tries to protect her younger brother from going to jail for a crime he committed. What happens is, she becomes submissive to Slade's wishes. Sometimes, she just gives in too quickly. She is also dealing with a rape scenerio.

I had high hopes for this story it just never seemed to go anywhere. It kept talking and talking and talking about this wonderful D/s relationship that never seemed to go beyond the repetitive conversations they had.

It was good story about what someone will do to protect someone they love. Even though they had bad things that happened in there past. I just think the author should not put a rape about a seven year old child. Even though I know horrible things like that happen in the real world.

Very good story about a woman who is trying to save her brother but who has some very dark and hidden secrets in her past that make it difficult for her to do whar she has to. Great plot which is developed nicely even though it does get repitious in the middle.

Wonderful story with very realistic characters that have real problems and work to find a solution and that it doesn't just all fall into place right away.

The story was pretty good, but it was about four times longer than it needed to be. There is so much repetition before getting to the point that it gets a bit tedious.

Wow, for a first publication this has it all. a realistic problem, an attentive hero, a secretive herione, and hot steamy love scenes. Once I started I didn't want to put it down. I can't wait for Alyssa's next story!

It''s the story of a man who's given up on finding the submissive lover he longs for a couple years ago. When a woman who appeal to his dominant side comes to him pleading for his brother's immunity, he takes his chance and offers her the dominant/submissive mariage he wants and she subconsciently craves. The plot was good but I felt that all the action took place at the beginning and at the end of the book. The middle part could have been reduced by half and the story would not have been changed.
