I didn\\\'t really enjoy this book. It seemed the punishments were a bit harsh for the crimes. More like power plays
Nearly a year ago Frank was positive that life wasnt worth living, and then he met Emma. Emma grew up in foster homes and while she knew she was in love with Frank Howard, she didnt trust herself not to mess it up some way. Being invited to his parents farm for the Thanksgiving weekend brought all of her self-doubts to the surface, until Frank finally had to turn her over his knee to get her suitcase packed and out the door for the long drive! At the farm, Nita is dreading meeting the new love of her sons life. It hadnt been a full year yet since his pregnant wife was killed in a car accident, and the thought of seeing another woman in Cynthias place was simply too hard to bear. Zachary Howard knew the cure for his wifes reluctance to meet Emma, and after a sound spanking, she promises to behave herself. But, the one with a real objection was Franks sister

This is super sweet quick read story which is well worth the time. One can understand the worry and anxiety that Emma goes through, after all, it is scary enough meeting your lovers family, specially his mother, but when you are carrying the baggage that Emma believes she is carrying, it is doubly scary... But with Frank\\\'s patience and understanding, a spanking support, she is able to get through the experience with a HEA!
Thank you Ms. Hunter for such a special gift as, A Thanksgiving Gift. Your story had me smiling and crying. Such love and emotion you imparted to all of your characters. A wonderful story, with all the ups and downs of family holidays. Very enjoyable.
If you have a mother-in-law you were reluctant to meet, or a sister-in-law you dread getting together with for the holidays, then this one is for you!! I don\\\'t know how she manages it but Sadie Hunter can make me laugh and cry multiple times all while reading 1 story. Thanksgiving may be over for another year, but this is a story you should read anyway!&newline&&newline&
